When mom reached out to me to schedule an In Home Lifestyle Session for their baby's first birthday, I was so excited!  We were even able to have the session on his actual birthday!  How special is that!?

Although I primarily photograph my families outdoors during Golden Hour, I love having sessions in my client's homes.  It's where they form some of their most cherished memories.. plus it is easily accessible when someone needs a snack, the bathroom or a diaper change!

These are one of my most relaxed sessions.  It's so easy to feel comfortable in your own home doing what you do on a regular basis with your family.. playing, reading together or just hanging out on the couch.  I am there to photograph it all!

Majority of this session took place at home but the end of the session we took a drive to Glen Ridge Train Station.  Mom and dad got married right in front of the gazebo and they had their oldest son's first birthday photos taken there, too!  So the whole day was filled with sentimental value, which I loved!
