A few months ago I received an email from Family Reach; a national nonprofit that focuses on families with cancer.  They help out in all types of ways.. food, transportation, housing, utilities and for this particular inquiry.. a photo session.

I think for most people cancer affects them in some way or another.  For me, I have a close relationship with that ugly word because of my dad's battle with it.  I won't get into the nitty gritty of it, because he is doing great!  But, I know how emotional it can get.. the chemo, the surgeries, the side effects, the wins, the setbacks.. all of it.  So, when I got this email I knew I wanted to help.

This beautiful mom of three is a warrior.  Her strength, love and positivity radiated out of her.  We met at a local park (Kingsland Manor in Nutley, NJ) to create fun, laidback, memorable and meaningful moments with her family.

I am SO happy that not only does mom have these photos with her kiddos but that they have them, too!
